PRIVATE HOUSE
Private House
A contemporary, almost theatrical sanctuary suspended between the water and the sky, Private House seems to appear only after the eye has already adjusted to the water. First the horizon, then the terraces, then the infinity pool.

It is a landscape of curated narratives designed by Gavalas Architects for a specific rhythm of stillness and flow: moonrise cocktails on the lawn followed by scenic dinners from the open kitchen and partying until the line of the Saronic Gulf begins to brighten.

In the heat of summer, the minimalist terrace feels weightless. On cooler nights, the fireplaces anchor the celebration with depth. Inside, the interior feels serene and exact: natural stone, leather, linen, and wood keep everything grounded, while tribal and eclectic accents offer a sudden, exotic lift.
Selected artworks by Abdullah Qandeel, Stephen Antonakos, Joep van Liefland, and Massimo Listri open a cultural conversation exactly when you need it. Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet consectetur adipisicing elit. Quisquam, quos.
